B2B Focus: Our services are exclusively for business-to-business transactions. Individual consumers are not our target market.
Eligibility: You must be a registered business entity or authorized representative to use our platform.
Account Registration: Accurate business information must be provided during registration. We reserve the right to verify business credentials.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all stock lots, including quantity, condition, and specifications.
Stock Condition: Products may include overstock, closeouts, customer returns, or shelf pulls. Condition will be clearly stated in listings.
Inspection Rights: Buyers may request to inspect stock lots before purchase, subject to availability and scheduling.
No Warranty: Unless explicitly stated, products are sold "as-is" without warranties. We are not the manufacturer and cannot provide manufacturer warranties.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice until order confirmation.
Bulk Discounts: Volume-based pricing may be available for large orders. Contact us for custom quotes.
Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, UPI, and other agreed-upon payment methods for B2B transactions.
Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in each transaction. Standard terms may include advance payment, partial payment, or credit terms for established clients.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges as per agreed terms.
Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or as per agreed credit terms.

Stock Availability: While we maintain accurate inventory, stock availability is subject to prior sale. We will notify you immediately if ordered items are unavailable.
Order Modifications: Order changes or cancellations must be requested before shipment. Fees may apply.
Shipping Methods: We work with reliable logistics partners across India for timely delivery.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, destination, and delivery speed. Costs will be communicated before order confirmation.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Actual delivery may vary based on location and logistics.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Delivery Issues: Report any delivery issues within 48 hours of receipt.
Return Policy: Due to the nature of liquidation stock, returns are generally not accepted unless products are significantly different from description or damaged in transit.
Damaged Goods: Claims for damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Return Process: If a return is approved, return shipping costs are typically the buyer's responsibility unless the error was ours.

Platform Content: All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or licensed to us.
Product Trademarks: Brand names and trademarks mentioned in product listings belong to their respective owners. We are an authorized liquidator/reseller.

Service Basis: Our platform is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.
Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Business Decisions: You are responsible for your own business decisions regarding purchases made through our platform.
Good Faith Negotiation: In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation.
Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to mediation before pursuing legal action.
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by Indian law. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
