1. General information

The information on this website, in our catalogue and on our WhatsApp channels is provided in good faith for general information about the lots we offer. We take care to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.

2. Liquidation stock is sold as is

All lots are liquidation or surplus stock, sold as is, where is, and are not 100% fresh. Up to 10% variance, such as minor damage, dust or mismatch, is standard in this trade and is accepted by the buyer at booking. Variance beyond 10% is dealt with under our written Buyer Protection Plan. Except for the protections in that plan, and to the extent the law allows, we give no warranty about the condition, quality, fitness for a particular purpose or saleability of any lot.

3. We do not own or represent any brand

AK Brands Marketing is an independent liquidation sourcing partner. We do not own, represent, or act on behalf of any brand or manufacturer, and we are not an authorised dealer, distributor, or service partner of any brand. Brand names, logos and product names that appear in a listing belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the stock on offer. Brand warranty and brand after-sales service do not apply to our lots.

4. Photos, videos and descriptions

Photos, videos and descriptions are indicative. The actual goods may differ in small details such as colour, design, size mix or packing. Where a listing says stock is mixed or assorted, it is sold that way.

5. Prices, quantities and availability

Lot rates, MRP and online price references, quantities and availability can change without notice. A lot is reserved for you only when we confirm your booking and receive the agreed payment. MRP and online prices, where shown, are for reference only and are not an offer to sell at those prices.

6. Resale and legal compliance

Buyers are responsible for making sure that their resale of any lot is lawful. This includes any trademark or brand restrictions, labelling and packaging requirements, standards and licensing rules, and tax obligations that apply to them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and without affecting the protections in our written Buyer Protection Plan, AK Brands Marketing is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business arising from the use of this website or from a lot. Where we are found liable, our liability for any single claim is limited to the amount you paid for the lot concerned.

We do not promise that the website will always be available or free of errors. It links to external services such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Governing law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karnataka, India, as further set out in our Terms & Conditions.
